TIME: 9:00 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm -
2:00 pm
REQUIREMENTS:

Child must be 5 years old on
or before Sept. 1, 2010.

Legal Birth Certificate (not
hospital issued)

Up - to - Date immunization
record with the required shots:
5 DPT
4 Polio
2 MMR
3 Hep B
2 Hep A
1 Varicella (Chicken Pox - or have had the
disease)

Verification of residence in
Tuttle School District (Utility Bill, Lease, etc.)
Kindergarten Readiness
All children who are five years
old on or before September 1, 2010 are eligible to attend kindergarten
(according to state law). However, you as a parent or guardian may
decide that your child would benefit from waiting another year to begin
kindergarten. This is both legal and acceptable from the school's point
of view.

enrollment exceeds spaces available, a drawing will be held at a later
