Residency Verification Dates & Information

 

Residency Verification:

August 4th from 11:00am - 7:00pm at all Tuttle Public School sites.  Parents with multiple children can verify all students at one site.

ALL STUDENTS must provide 2 current proofs of residency for enrollment.  Below are requirements:

  • Current bill dated June, July or August 2022

  • Must include Parent/Guardian name with physical address within Tuttle District.

    • Parents unable to provide proof of residency due to living with a friend or relative on a temporary basis will be required to complete a Residency Affidavit.  Forms are available at the Administration Building. An appointment is required.  Both the parent/guardian and homeowner/lessee must be in attendance to sign the form.

  • Acceptable bills for verification are:  Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, Mortgage Statement, or Rental Agreement.
