OK Career Guide (the District's online tool for college & career readiness and ICAP)

To create a student account on OK Career Guide, follow these directions:

  1. Go to www.okcareerguide.org and click on Create an Account.
  2. Click the drop down arrow and select middle school or high school student and click Next Steps.
  3. Select current grade, High School Graduation Year and type Tut in the School box and select the appropriate schoool and click Next Step.
  4. Complete the information and click Next Step.
  5. Enter your firstname.lastname (i.e. joe.smith) for Username and your Student ID number for Password. Then select a Security Question and enter the answer and click Next Step.
  6. Complete the information and check the box next to I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of use and click Sign Me Up.

To create a parent account on OK Career Guide, the student needs to first do the following:

  1. Go to www.okcareerguide.org and Sign In.
  2. Click the drop down next to Hello, “your name” at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on Account Settings and scroll down to My Parent Account(s) and click on the pencil to the right.
  4. Complete the information and click Send Code. This will generate either an email or a text to the parent based on which option the student chose.

To create a parent account once the email or text has been recieved, follow these directions:

  1. Go to www.okcareerguide.org and click on Create an Account.
  2. Complete the requested information, including the code that was sent to you in the email or text.
  3. If you have more than 1 student with an OK Career Guide account, you can add another account before continuing to the next step. You can also add another student from your parent Home page at a later date.
  4. Continue completing the requested information and click Sign Me Up.
